About The Little Red Book of Real Estate & Mortgage Finance Secrets
No one has published a book with the kind of information you will find here.
But, be forewarned: Your banker may say, “This book is outrageous!”
Those were the words of a well respected bank president in Seattle a few years ago who was asked to comment on some of the illustrations and strategies that were presented in a clock hour course presented by Mitch Hackney and attended by a very high producing real estate agent. Be not deceived, naysayers come in all stripes and say some really silly things when they feel their turf has been invaded.
Real estate agents and loan officers, attending one of my seminars and earning $300,000 to $500,000 per year, have concluded that the principles found in this little book are some of the best kept secrets imaginable. One loan officer in Dallas has used one of the negotiating strategies some fifty times in less than two years. His expertise has gained for him the respect and loyalty of many real estate agents and the envy of many of his
fellow loan officers.
The author, having perused many books purporting to reveal all kinds of real estate and financing secrets, has been under whelmed to say the least. He makes no apology for the fact that the different subjects covered in “The Little Red Book” are diverse and unconnected. The reason is simple; no one has addressed so many subjects that can have such a positive effect on Mr. and Mrs. America’s financial health in one book.
Each subject has relevance in today’s society.
This book is radical, truthful, informative, preventive, helpful, and much more.
Be forewarned, if you are a mortgage professional purchasing this book, that because of the many changes that take place in the mortgage industry each year, some of the recent changes made by Congress will not be reflected here. It seemed better to delete Chapter 12 altogether, since so many changes to the reverse mortgage business have only recently taken place, and we are on notice that several more will be taking place on or about October 1, 2010. Revisions to Chapter 12 should be available on or about September 1, 2010. By that time we should know which new changes will be going into effect.
Please complete the information box if you wish to have the updated chapter emailed to you. Thanks for your patience.
